10/15/2010 - Flying a Cessna 182 from McCall, ID to a private ranch on the South Fork of the Salmon river. My apologies for the turbulence, you may want to take some dramamine prior to the video. The video ends in a nice landing on a 500' long 22% grade private landing strip. The Aircraft is a Cherry 1956 Cessan 182 with 550 engine, Sportsman STOL, and wing extensions.

On March 7th, we flew along Lava Ridge to see where we had been snowmobiling and it looks like a great place to have fun in the magnificent bowls in the central Idaho Mountains North of McCall.

Approaching to land at Wilson Bar Airstrip on the Main Salmon River, Central Idaho. This was my first landing at this particular strip and it's a challenging / blind approach. We camped overnight before heading back to McCall.

I spent several days flying in the Salmon River Valley, Idaho in 2004. We took a lot of video footage and were going to create a fancy edited video for memories. After toiling most of a day, all we had to show was this 30 second clip (we had little video experience prior to that). The rest of the videos were burned onto CD's unedited. I may be adding more clips from time to time.
